BIBLE STUDIES lead by Pastor each Tuesday at 1:00 PM and Thursday at 10:00 AM.
SEEKING GOD CLASS meets the third Monday of each month at 10:00 AM. All are welcome.
Blanket Workshop preparation of quilts and blankets to be distributed through Lutheran World Relief every November, after being displayed Blanket Sunday. Quilts are displayed along with crocheted baby blankets, afghans, scarves and hats. The quilts are sent to Lutheran World Relief along with collected health kits.
GRACE NOTES CHILDREN'S CHOIR rehearsal Mondays 4:45 - 5:15 PM
EARLY SINGERS WORSHIP CHOIR rehearsal Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
SENIOR CHOIR rehearsal for 10:30 Sunday Worship, Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
Coffee Hour: Between Services Sundays at 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM. Schedule for hosts/hostesses available.
Forever Reigns Our God (F.R.O.G.):
Teenagers determine services to Quickel Community and outlying areas
F³ (F Cubed) =Faith + Fellowship + Food:
Young adults (confirmed teens and older) prepare breakfast and discuss current topics. They meet during the Sunday School Hour in the Parish House, every third Sunday Sunday of each month.
Golden Age Group (G.A.G.):
Monthly fellowship and fun for Quickel Seniors, usually meet at 1:00 PM the third Wednesday of each month except, July.
Joy El Generation Released Time Bible Program: an opportunity to teach God's word to our local public school students.
Knitting & Crochet Group (KNIT WITS):
A group for knitters and crocheters to meet, to teach these arts and work on projects while socializing and helping each other. Meets 1st & 3rd Thursday afternoons at 1:00 PM.

EMAIL MEDITATIONS: available weekly
QUICKEL’S PRAYER TEAM: meets monthly, the 1st Thursday of the month, after Council Meetings, in the Prayer Chapel.

We have 4 Prayer Chain groups with 19 members. All members are welcome and encouraged to be part of this prayer ministry. Please let us know if you would like us to add your name, or the name of someone you know to the prayer groups.

PERSONAL PRAYER REQUESTS: Cards are available in the pew if anyone wishes to request a personal prayer for their family or themselves. Please Note: If you wish to add that person’s name to the Sunday bulletin prayer list, please indicate that on the card, otherwise, the Prayer Team will be keeping the request confidential. To ensure confidentiality, please drop the cards into the “Prayer Box” on the narthex table. All others may feel free to use the offering plate.
QUICKEL & FRIENDS: Our private Facebook Group sharing spiritual thoughts, favorite Bible Verses, and prayer requests; contact the church office for information o how to join this group.
We have a library available. Check out and return books and movies (VHS & CD). The library is next to our social room.
Quickel’s Team Involved in Parish Service (Q-TIPS):
Open to all ages to participate in a variety of "Family" activities and a fundraiser as planned.
Quickel's Walking Group:
Meets Mondays, at 4:00 PM at Quickel's Cemetery. All are welcome, dress accordingly!
Help is provided, by Licensed Psychologist Dennis R. Moore, M.A.,NCSP, at the side office of Quickel's Parish House, as a Community Ministry. This service is for people dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, marital/couple relationship conflicts and problems in parenting. Psychological evaluations are also done to diagnose learning disabilities, memory and cognitive functioning problems, and ADHD for children, adolescents and adults. Most health care insurances cover the required fee or arrangements can be made.
Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church ( W.E.L.C.A.):
Breakfast Meetings are held quarterly, on the 4th Saturday morning of the month, at a pre-planned venue.
